Yesterday was a fun day. I went to Grandma's house and played outside with Allison! We ran through the leaves and played with balls. We drew on the basketball court with chalk. I was worn out when I got home! I was pretty dirty, too. Mom gave me a bath before my early bed time. I love playing with my boats and splashing.
Today was a very exciting day! I got all dressed up in my ladybug costume and went to Daddy's work. I was a little scared at first but after Dad and I sat in his office for a few minutes I was ready to trick or treat! I took my big pumpkin and filled it with candy. I learned very fast how to pick my piece of candy and put it in the bucket. There were so many kids there! I laughed and ran around.
After all that fun we went to Grandpa and Grandma's house so they could see how cute I was. I got a candy bar and Mom let me have a piece of a Three Musketeers and some Junior Mints. I smelled minty after I got those on my fingers. I licked my fingers to get all the taste. I played with the toys there for a little while until it was time to go home for dinner and trick or treaters.
Dad took me across the street to show my costume to the neighbors while Mom got my dinner ready. It started to rain so we waited by the Wabeke's until we could get across the street without getting soaked. A pretty rainbow came out while I was eating.
I ran around to play for a little while after dinner. I played with my wooden car. I drive it around the dining room and make car noises. Vroom, vroom! Mom and Dad laugh at my silly noises. I don't know why since they showed me how to do it. I like to imitate what Mom and Dad do.
But soon I could not stay awake any longer. Daddy snuggled me into bed. I think that Mom and Dad might eat some of my candy while I sleep. I think I'll let them. All that sugar would be bad for me and some candy is not safe for a girl with only three teeth!
