Riding around

Today, I went looking for Grandma. Because Mom didn't have her cell phone on, I didn't find her. But we stopped by her house to look, and I was demanding food, so we waited for a few minutes. Mom put me on the little rocking chair. It was fun to practice my sitting, and to take my socks off.
Then we went to do some errands. We went to get diapers - a whole big box since I go through so many. I looked at people and smiled and giggled. I love being out. We couldn't go for a walk though, because its rainy and thundering. So we went to the library, and when Dad got home we went to look at bike trailers. Dad wants to find one for me so I can go riding with him this summer.
Dad is getting me ready for bed, but I'm trying to play with the newspaper. He changed my diaper (fortunatly not a stinky one) and put my pajamas on. Now I bet we'll read books, it looks like Five Little Monkeys and Goodnight Moon. These board books aren't going to last - I like to chew on them. But by then, Mom and Dad will have them memorized (the cow says moo, the sheep says baa, three singing pigs say la la la) and won't actually need the book.
I better rest up because Ally might come over tomorrow. As soon as I finish demolishing the junk mail...
